Carlos Caldeira

Chief Executive Officer

Carlos oversees all activities and guides the business in the right direction. He also plans and develops policies to help NET 360 CIC to be successful.

Carlos has over 30 years of experience delivering various racket sports. His main sport and passion is tennis and has won several coaching awards over the years.

Emily James

Coach and Schools Engagement Officer

New to the NET 360 team is Emily. A trained primary school teacher and junior athletics coach.

Emily is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with schools across North Tyneside as well as delivering curriculum and after school sessions.

With over 20 years’ experience in PR and communications, Emily also supports the team with marketing, social media and writing funding applications.

Colin Ellis

Director

Colin keeps us from being too coach-centric by asking questions from the perspective of someone who is not a coach or player.

He helps out with the accounts and other back office administrative tasks.

Colin is also a wellness expert who teaches meditation. Find out more about what he does outside the CIC via his website.
